Is Digestif Necessary for a Vegetarian?
If one is already a certified vegetarian, will one still used a digestif like cognac disgetif?

Is not it digestif are use as a stomach aide to help the digestive system digest well what we ate to prevent indigestion? If that is so, will it be necessary to use it as one’s after meal drink to aide one’s digestive system in digesting the food one ate if one is full vegetarian and ninety percent have alkaline diet?
As we all know, fruits and vegetables aids naturally the digestive system in digesting the food we ate by releasing their natural enzymes which gave an easy work for our digestive system compare to some foods which gave our digestive system a hard work. Moreover, a daily fruits and vegetables diet will yield an eighty percent or ninety percent alkaline blood that prevents illness and disease like the common stomach illness almost every acidic blood people complain - acid reflux brought by indigestion.
So therefore, if one have alkaline diet, will one still drink a digestif drink?
Perhaps, if they do not have any common digestif drinks like cognac digestif or digestif cocktails on their beverages after their meals, they might have probably a herbal tea like chamomile tea, ginger tea or peppermint tea, I guess. In terms of a digestif cocktail, they might have fresh fruit juices and fresh fruit shakes or even fresh vegetable juice mixed with fresh fruits purees as their cocktail drinks. Anyway, if you have these kinds of beverages after every meals, who needs the traditional common digestif on one’s dining table? For these kinds of beverages or drinks are healthier and good for one’s digestive system than a cognac digestif, is not it?
However, we all have unique body system; if one digestif drink or alkaline beverages is good for you, it does not automatically mean it is also good for others. A mixture of fruits and vegetables as a cocktail drink could be good for your health but to some, this type of combination will not yield a good benefit for their body. As what it says “there is always an exemption”
Every one of us has to try some food combination, either if you like acidic food or alkaline food, to suit what our body needs. Hence, a digestif drink could be necessary, though if you are a vegetarian, if your body looks for it because you make your stomach used to it, thus your stomach don’t want a miss a thing of a being filled with a digestif drink, like a stomach habit that is hard to break.

Therefore, it does not matter if you are vegetarian or not in your food diet, it depends upon the person if one includes it on his or her diet though he or she may be vegetarian or not, if one’s stomach tolerates it so. But for me, if you are already a certified vegetarian perhaps you don’t have to drink a disgetif drink anymore just to help your digestive system digest well the food you eat because the food you eat already have the sufficient enzymes that could help your digestive system in digesting the food you eat.
